  The “Spiral of Manifestation” is a powerful, energy-based technique that assists you in getting “unstuck”. It is a wonderful tool that you can access at any time and in any circumstance.

The Law of Attraction dictates that when energy goes out, it comes back in the same form. This is not a new theory, just one that has not been fully understood or mastered. Our thoughts and energetic patterns create our reality. Yet, are we fully aware of what we are thinking and what type of energy we are putting out? On a surface level you may “think” you are doing one thing- but on another, more powerful level- something else is actually going on. This is what creates distortions in our energy fields and causes our own power of manifestation to be stagnant. To illustrate this theory, lets look at a couple of examples.

You want to attract a romantic partner into your life. This is a very deep desire and something that you want with all of your heart. So, you set out to accomplish this goal using spiritual principles. You use affirmations, write out a list of what you desire in a partner, light some candles and pray. On the “surface” level this seems as if it is a very positive exercise. But, for a moment- let’s look at what could be happening behind the scene- on a deeper level in your energy field. What are your “true” thoughts? Why hasn’t the relationship manifested? What is the hold up?

The reality is at the current moment you do not have a relationship in your life. You are lonely. When you roll over at night- there is nobody there to hold you. You go out and see all these happy couples walking around and it causes you to feel sad and envious.

You create a “battle” or distortion of energy. You keep saying and trying to think one thing- yet, another reality is showing up in your life. If you find this happening- just understand that you have some thought forms and energetic patterns that are stuck. This is creating “neutrality”.

The first thing to do in this case is to be realistic. There are over 6 billion people currently living on the planet! There is someone there for you. Stop feeling sorry for yourself that only adds to the distortion. Be happy for other people that they have found an appropriate mate for themselves. You just have not met the right person yet. Period.

Use the “spiral of manifestation” to dissolve all the blocks in your energy field. When you start to feel the sad feelings come over you- visualize a beautiful spiral of energy. It can be any color or size you desire. I see it as a tornado shaped energy field. I like to see it in a luminous silver or white color because that represents purity. Just allow it to dissolve the sadness. Do not attempt to direct the energy in any way. Just allow the experience. Let the spiral cleanse and purify whatever feelings come up. Let your thoughts flow. The Creative Power of the Universe does not need your assistance. Trust in your own higher self and the unlimited power of creation to take you through this process. Let go. The Creator knows what you want and what you need. You must trust that. Get out of your own way.

Another example of this theory is that of Prosperity. You, like everyone else, wants great things. You want to be able to pay your bills and have lots of extra money left over to buy what you want. You want to provide for your family now and in the future. So, this is the goal- to increase our prosperity.

You begin doing affirmations, thinking positive and visualizing what you desire to happen. After about a week of affirmations and positive thinking- guess what? You are still broke! You just got paid and it is gone! But, you keep on saying your affirmations. The battle begins. What we are doing is not working. Why? It is not working because there is an energetic conflict. We get angry, “I keep saying all these affirmations and thinking positive thoughts and I still do not have any money”. Are you really thinking positive thoughts? What is going on in your mind? Do you believe what you are saying? The anger takes us out of the natural flow.

First, be realistic! There is unlimited abundance everywhere! There is no lack! The lack resides in your mental programming. Change how you see things. When you find yourself overcome with fear about not being able to pay your bills and the money you need is just not there- call the “spiral of manifestation”. See it enter your energy field- cleansing away all distortion and un-truths. Soon you will find many wonderful ideas on how you can manifest prosperity. Creativity will flow and new and exciting opportunities will present themselves to you.

Open yourself up to the Unlimited Creative Power of the Universe. Remember, there is no lack or limitation of any kind. That applies for personal relationships, money, health etc. Being in a stuck space uses a great deal of energy- it blocks your ability to create and causes fatigue. Once your energy field is free of blocks and distortions- you will feel more energized and creative. Astro Projection Real Or Lucid (spiritual quotes) Dream

  I consider myself as open minded and although I myself have never experienced an Out Of Body Experience does not mean that it is not a real phenomena. Many people from diverse cultures all over the world have claimed to have experienced AstralProjection also known as Astral Travel or an Out Of Body Experience, some of which say that they have not only experienced an Out Of Body Experience but with practices you can control the experience of this phenomena.

OK that’s great but what is Astral Projection? Well according to the encyclopedia it is an esoteric interpretation of any form of out-of-body experience (OOBE) that assumes the existence of an “Astral body” separate from the physical body and able to Travel external to the physical body. Astral Projection Astral Travel symbolizes the Astral body leaving the physical body to Travel in the Astral plane.

In some religions this is spiritual practice that may involve Travel to higher levels of consciousness called Astral planes. This is commonly described as any sense of one’s Astral body Traveling outside of their physical body to obtain a higher spiritual learning.

Now let us take a look at some of the history of Astral Projection and beliefs of some of the people that practices it.

According to classical, medieval, renaissance Neo-Platonist, later Theosophist and Rosicrucian philosophy, the Astral body is an intermediate body of light that links the soul to the physical body, and the Astral plane is an intermediate world of light between Heaven and Earth made of the spheres of the planets and stars. These Astral spheres were held to be occupied by angels, demons and spirits.

There are comparable concepts of “soul” Travel ancient Egypt and various other religious traditions, for example ancient Egyptian teachings shows the soul as having the ability to float outside the physical body in the ka, or subtle body. A common belief is that the subtle body is attached to the physical body by the means of a psychic silver cord.

Even Christian religions recognize Astral Projection, but it is a prohibited practice for Roman Catholics because the soul; containing all reason, thought, memories, emotion, attitudes, and beliefs; leaves the physical body during the dreaming state and becomes agnostic indifferent toward The Holy Trinity and is left without protection.

A human soul, when detached from the physical body, during a dreaming state, is without the protection of Jesus Christ, and very susceptible to molestation by evil demons.

Well don’t that beat all, I would of believed that the sold unencumbered by the physical man (the physical body) would have been unreceptive to evil, and sins of the physical man. Well that is a subject for whole different discussion.

As you can see the Out of Body Experience has been around since ancient times and it is still alive today. Many eastern as well as new age religions practices meditation and have reported having Out Of Body Experiences (OOBE).

During the 60’s and 70’s as new age religions where on the rise and practicing many eastern religions ideas such as meditation. During this time a survey was conducted and reported percentages ranging from 8% to as many as 50% (in certain groups) that stated they had an out of body experience. The subjective nature of the experience provides explanations that do not depend on the existence of an “Astral” body and plane. There is little beyond this opinionated evidence to support the idea that people can actually really “leave their body”.

Hey this sounds great I would like to get out of my physical body sometimes maybe I would get some relief from my rheumatism. All joking aside many physics, and eastern as well as new age spiritualist believe that Astral Travel can help you obtain enlightenment or a higher spiritual awareness and we could all use a little help in that department. But the question still remains is Astral Projection real or just another form of lucid dreaming.

During a lucid dream you have the sensation that you are out of your body not unlike an Out of Body Experience, you can fly, Traveling to other plants. You can do just about anything you want. So is there any difference between Astral Projection and lucid dreaming? Many people, even Astral Travelers, say that there is no difference between the two; while others are of the opinion that they are two different experiences
.
The reason they are different is that with Astral Travel you get into the Astral Plane direct from your physical body. When you have a Lucid Dream, you have merely ‘missed’ the initial Projection.

Astral Travelers, say the difference arises typically because of the framework you are entering from. If you project from the waking state, you may encounter some difficulties due to restrictive thoughts carried with you which don’t relate to the Astral realm, and need some practice to adapt to the new environment. alternatively, in a Lucid Dream, having accustomed to the expansiveness of the dream state, you can sometimes have the opposite problem, finding it hard to retain a conscious focus, and thus ‘losing lucidity’. With practice of course, both of these will be overcome.

In conclusion if you ever had a lucid dream you recognize that the experience is not much different then that described as Astral Projection and in actuality lucid dreaming might be an undeveloped form of Astral Travel and all you require is a little discipline and some focus and you too can be an Astral Traveler.

Banish Fear, Develop Faith

  Faith: Is it a believing, or a knowing? Is it strictly of the mind, is it an emotion? An emotion is a feeling, as it is felt in the body. Thats why I consider it an emotion. I know when I have it because I feel it, and I know when I dont because I feel fear. As an emotion, faith is among the strongest. And it is a state of mind that can both come from the subconscious mind and affect the subconscious mind. This is important when it comes to putting our intentions into action. For instance, if I set myself a task but Im lacking the faith in myself to carry out the task, subconsciously Im saying defeat as inevitable. The more often I do this, the worse I feel about myself, the more negative my thoughts become and it inevitably creates a self-fulfilling prophecy. However, if Im able to convince myself subconsciously that I am capable and have the ability to carry out the task Im more likely to begin and follow through. My faith is strengthened and I feel better about myself which in turn makes it easier to do the next thing.

It can be difficult for people to strengthen faith if they are lacking it. But it can be done. Its done by a process of encouraging positive thoughts and emotions in the subconscious and beginning to ignore the negative ones. We can do this of course with affirmations and other re-enforcing methods. A feeling and faith in a higher power can and does strengthen our ability to believe that we are not alone in accomplishing what has previously been seemingly impossible.

Thoughts, backed by strong emotions such as faith and love, have more of a chance of being expressed through action then do plans and desires that do not have any emotion attached. Your actions can be affected by any strong emotion whether it is positive and productive or negative and destructive. Many of us have lived through where our actions have taken us when motivated by fear and anger. To achieve a balanced life and to succeed in life we need to avoid negative emotions and encourage positive ones. We then acquire a subconscious mind that starts to act upon all the positive emotions including faith.

The following few principles outline some common methods to help with faith.

* You need to realize that you do have the ability to meet life. We are made that way.

* You must spend some time in the day just thinking positively about yourself. As they say, God doesnt make junk. We are loved by God for a reason. Remind yourself of that as often as possible. A mind dominated by positive thoughts will feel peace and contribute to your healing and that of others. These kinds of thoughts take us into the realm of spirit, which is of course all positive, and enable you to manifest good here in the physical realm.

* You should ally yourself with like minded others. Sometimes we need others to remind us of our purpose and to encourage us when we forget who we are

Repeat these principles and you will find that you are able to increasingly influence your subconscious mind and hear the voice of truth.
