By ben taylor

In today’s world of lack, scarcity and fear, it sometimes feels that this is all there is. There is a very strong sense of persuasion in this country that life is hard, and that it is a daily struggle.

Yet, if you think back to how you felt as a child, the feeling where anything was possible - that the whole world was your oyster - this feeling takes you back to a place of incredible joy. It is this feeling that you tend to lose as you grow older, whether you have had it torn out of you by anger and hurt, or if you have been taught from childhood that life is pain.

As a child, everything around you was new and wonderful, and you had no fear of it. As you reached out to embrace it, you were also taught to fear it too…by your parents, your teachers, and your peers. The world at large does not want you to be free of fear, as the world at large controls the majority of the population through fear. But, if you are reading this, then you are ready for a change. You are ready to see and experience life in a different, more fulfilling way. You are ready to learn how the world really works.

The Arc of Truth is here to show you just that - the Truth. Now, this might take a little practice, as for your whole life, you have been taught how to do things in a certain way, a certain fashion. Now it is time to utilize that amazing power that you have at your disposal, and create your perfect universe. With the true words we will share with you, you will see how a magnificent, joyful can begin to unfold for you, starting today - remember, it might take a little getting used to, but the results are worth it - honestly!

Qi Dao Coaching and Qigong Healing
By Lama Somananda Tantrapa

Most health professionals agree that patients heal when they are ready to heal. An energy healing modality promoting facilitating self-healing deserves some serious attention at this day and age.

Thousands of years ago, Qigong formed the foundation of Oriental medicine and needs to be regarded as such. All styles of Qigong work with Qi universal energy, or life force that is considered to be the basis of life; therefore, energy awareness offers us the key to health, happiness and longevity. Most styles of Qigong use movements, breathing, meditation and visualization for the purpose of cultivating Qi. They are often taught through doing forms, or choreographed movements, that are to be memorized and repeated on a regular basis.

At one time or another, all styles originated from a primordial foundation of Qigong that was deeply rooted in the Shamanic Medicine Dances. Tibetan Shamanic Qigong, also known as Qi Dao, goes back to the Shamanic roots of Qigong and encourages its practitioners to stay true to the universality of this energy art. Its spiritual tradition has been preserved in my family by twenty-seven generations of masters who dedicated their lives to exploring the ways to apply energy awareness to all spheres of life, from fighting to healing and sexual energy arts.

In contrast to doing any repetitive Qigong or Tai Chi forms, Qi Dao teaches us how to feel the flow of energy and how to be in the flow. The practice of Qi Dao includes no routines of repetitive movements that are supposed to manipulate or cultivate Qi. Unlike acupuncturists, Qi Dao practitioners have no need for memorizing the myriad of acupuncture points and meridians; instead, we learn to navigate the energetic pathways by feeling the flow of Qi, using our personal observation and intuition. Free of any methods of manipulating others energy or directing it where we think it should go, Qi Dao teaches us that there is an abundant source of energy within us that we can tap by paying attention to the existing flow of Qi without any judgments. Empowering others to embody such an attitude became the hallmark of the new discipline is called Qi Dao Coaching.

The flow of things, traditionally referred to as the Dao, makes no mistakes; therefore, Qi always flows as it should. Even if the energy doesnt appear to flow as expected, it still flows somewhere as long as we are alive. When we experience any symptoms, i.e. pain in any part of the body, most of us habitually tend to worry about the pain perceiving it as a problem, or an energy blockage. Qi Dao teaches us to shift our attention from the worries about pain to the flow of energy that may be streaming somewhere around the block, just like water flowing around any obstacles. The practitioners of Qi Dao learn to accept every experience as a lesson, rather than a problem, and to accept the challenge of surrendering to the flow of Qi.

As Qi Dao practitioners, we learn to trust that, no matter what happened or will happen to us, our lives constantly unfold in the way that resonates with the energies we identify with. On one hand, we always experience exactly what we need to experience in order to learn our lifes lessons. On the other hand, we have the freedom of choice as to which energies to identify with moment by moment. By bringing this awareness into the present moment, Qi Dao Coaching helps us reveal our inner nature spontaneously through fluid and natural movements, sounds and other expressions. This approach to movement therapy and bodywork is deeply rooted in this archetypal field of human consciousness, our true nature. Consciously entering Qigong State allows us to suspend discriminating logic and judgmental reasoning. This promotes profound experiences in dynamic meditation and lucid dreaming, facilitating profound peace and receptivity to inner guidance. In this meditative state, we learn to perceive energy flowing through the body and simply surrender to that flow, which feels like total harmony and well-being.

Qi Dao Coaching clients heal themselves by learning to manifest the dreams that various parts of their organisms strive for consciously or unconsciously. This empowers them to integrate all the aspects of their bodies, minds and spirits as they learn to embody vibrant health and well-being. Awakening the healer within them, Qi Dao empowers the clients to let go of resistance to their issues and thereby transcend them. It allows them to break through the lifetimes of their old habits and programmed patterns of behavior and body awareness.

I believe that Qi Dao Coaching represents the missing link between the modern body-oriented Somatic Therapies and ancient Shamanic healing, working with the whole human being. Our ancient holistic tradition not only addresses the issues on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, but also balances all these levels. With practice, we learn to pay attention to the whole spectrum of spontaneous processes occurring in the human being. Qi Dao Coaching may be a perfect methodology for experiencing and exploring the qualities of human consciousness usually dormant in the conditions of our information age lifestyles.

Lama Somananda Tantrapa is the lineage holder of Qi Dao with over 30 years of Qigong experience. He is the author of the bestselling book and DVD Qi Dao Tibetan Shamanic Qigong and Basic Qi Dao Home Study Course. As the originator of Qi Dao Coaching, he has provided wellness, peak performance and life coaching to hundreds of people worldwide. His coaching inspired many professional athletes, speakers, dancers, singers, writers and actors to open up to the source of power that exists within everyone. Improving Your Awareness On Spiritual Growth Meditation Techniques
By MIKE SELVON

It seems that we are in a time of spiritual enlightenment, as more people are gaining an awareness of the value of meditation techniques, yoga practices, and other methods of self-awareness that are instrumental in fostering spiritual growth. However, there are many different aspects of spirituality to consider and often it can be easy to miss some of the most fundamental and simple things. One of these fundamentals that can either help or hinder spiritual development is complete honesty.

Everyone knows that honesty is a good and valuable characteristic to cultivate, but it is not as often recognized as a necessity when seeking out spiritual growth. However, as most people move along through their spiritual journey, most people start to really discover the significance and importance of honesty as it relates to their quest. There are four primary areas where honesty comes into play most significantly.

The first area is in facing your weaknesses. In order to enjoy significant spiritual growth, a person must be able to honestly see, acknowledge and evaluate his weaknesses. No one is exempt from have having shortcomings, but they can interfere with spiritual development if the person tries to justify them away or refuses to see them. Only when a person is honest with him or herself will they begin to change.

Secondly, honesty is needed in facing up to the realities of your life. You need to be completely honest about the state of affairs of every aspect of your life. Stop clinging to the image that you want to present to the rest of the world, and begin to embrace the true state of your life and your relationships.

The problem with clinging to the image, which is most likely “perfect,” is that it gets in the way of being able to make real, lasting and significant changes that can lead to real happiness, rather than just an illusion of it. With honesty, one can look at the real truth and then have a realistic place to begin to improve.

Thirdly, honesty is needed to help people eliminate fake personalities, which must be eschewed in order to enjoy true spiritual enlightenment and growth. Most people put an enormous amount of energy, thought, and anxiety into creating and then maintaining completely false portrayals of themselves.

They become more like characters acting in a play than real people engaged in real life. In order to have any hope of enjoying true spiritual healing and development, a person must peel away these false personas and be sincere and forthright beings.

The fourth way that honesty plays a role in the spiritual journey is through the use of meditation techniques. When a person begins a session of meditation, they should be aware their flow of thoughts.

For most people who are just learning to master their minds through meditation, they will discover thoughts that are filled with false reasoning and justifications. The best way to begin to control this flow of thoughts is to deal with them in an honest and forthright manner, then setting them aside and allowing the more centered and real thoughts to come to the surface.

As you continue on your path of spiritual growth and development it will be helpful to always keep these for aspects of honesty in mind and review your progress with them. As you do, you will enjoy moving to higher levels and stages of spiritual development, which will lead you toward your true spiritual life.
