We exist in a world where things that ought to be counted as unusual have become prevalent. One of which, is more familiar than we would think, is individuals that have no balance in their lives. Balance is defined as steadiness, steadiness, and equilibrium.
When we tell of a human being having a balanced existence we mean that person has a since of stability in every area of their life. In the book the Power of Focus by Jack canfield, Mark Victor Hansen and Les Hewitt, they defined a balanced existence as having work that you love that gives you excellent financial return and allows you to have considerable time off to pursue your other interest.
For many of us if that is the meaning of a balanced existence then we would be fast to say we have a ways to go. Nonetheless, the first factor to having a balanced life is to appreciate the cause why you dont now have the balance you desire. Nothing comes into your existence without a mental invite. The Law of Attraction says that like attracts like. Your lack of balance is not something that started a day ago or even a month ago. For your existence to reach a state of being unhealthy and unbalanced it has been a process. The lack of balanced always starts with the careless decisions that you make that turn out in the long run to be unhealthy for you spiritually, socially, financially, and relationally.
When I speak of mental invitations Im referring typically to our non-deliberate attractions. Any thought that you have that is accompanied with solid emotions becomes an unalterable draw that has the power to draw like situations in to your experience. When your intelligence is consumed with work linked cares this draw is at work making sure that you have and unbearable amount of what you have been wondering about.
Thoughts are actually regenerative in nature. The more you think about a particular subject or matter the more thoughts you will attract. The more you think about work the more work you will have to think about. If you are passive when it comes to your intelligence and thoughts you will find yourself in a state of being unhealthy & unbalanced very often. An unbalanced existence is simply the outward manifestation of unbalanced wondering. Long before a human beings outward life shows up as being noticeably unbalance their thoughts have long been contaminated.
Since it is the intelligence that leads us to a state of being unbalanced we must first seek to regain a mental state of balance before we try to change individual habits. The endeavor to change habits without first having a firmness of reason in the mind is a futile attempt. We must remember that habits are only the products of thoughts. If we try to change the habit without changing the thoughts we will be fighting a losing battle. If you desire a different result you have to first develop a different way of wondering which leads to new habits.

Even though I am telling you to just let go of your wish, once youve become clear about what it is you wish for, it doesnt mean you should just lean back and wait for things to happen. In some situations, the Universe will work this way but, in most cases, you will have to take inspired action. Do you desire a new job? Do you hate to go to work everyday and desire to work from home instead? Well, theres your want. Now visualize yourself doing just that. Sitting in your pajamas, writing at your computer, or just sitting in shorts with your laptop in the backyard, or whatever your vision happens to be.
Now eliminate all negative thoughts, and get your mind clear. Then let go of your wish. Feel comfortable that you will get the result that you desire. And when, all of a sudden, your best friend tells you about this terrific opportunity - grab it! Or take a look at the paper the gentlemen conveniently left at your table - your perfect job might just be displayed inside it.
Let go, but dont forget
So, when my daughter more often than not wins the competitions she enters, it was not specifically just because she forgot about them. It was more the fact that she just let go. She trusted that she would succeed, and so she did, thus using the Law of Attraction to allow her to realize the dreams she so desired.
